We provide the best personal training services in and outside the gym in London led by our experienced certified personal trainers.

 

We make your life easier by bringing the workout to you, whether it is in the comfort of your own home or outdoors at the park. We bring all the equipment necessary to train you wherever you are.

 

Whether you want to lose weight, get back in shape, or push yourself to the next fitness level, we work with you and start you off at your fitness level to help you master correct form and technique to avoid any injuries. We develop a customised workout program and nutritional plan all aimed at achieving your Individual Fitness and health goal.

Our personal trainers believe in promoting and improving mental wellbeing to deal with any issues such as depression, anxiety and to help boost self-esteem and confidence

Reduce Body Fat 

& Tone Up 

We design detailed session plans which incorporates everything needed for you to drop body fat and tone up. We calculate your macro-nutrients and put a series of exercises together to burn calories and boost metabolism which is essential in dropping body fat. We monitor and track your progress thoroughly not only by taking your initial starting weight but by also taking body composition measurements and working out your overall body fat. We educate you in creating a lifestyle change to target those stubborn fat cells and work on the body parts you wish to tone up. 

Improve Health & General Fitness

Specifically caters to all fitness levels and age groups. We will focus on reducing your BMI, increasing your cardiovascular fitness, making small changes to your daily habits and will include strength training in your programme so that you start leading a more active lifestyle. We will also concentrate on increasing mobility, correcting posture and providing knowledge on the importance of stretching, to improve your overall health and well-being.  

Pre and Post

Natal Sessions

Exercising during pregnancy is highly recommended by health professional and has great health benefits to you and your baby. It could lead to lowering your blood pressure, improving your sleep quality, boost your self-confidence and make you feel more energetic though-out the day. We make tailored specific plans for your pregnancy and work with you at every stage to make sure your exercising safely and effectively. We help new mums get back into shape by using a range of compound exercises and effective training methods as well as enforcing a positive mindset to achieve your post-pregnancy physique. 

Hypertrophy (Increase Strength and Build Muscle):

We will use comprehensive training systems and methods to achieve your fitness goal of increasing muscle mass. We look at factors such as nutrition, time under tension training techniques, supersets, drop sets and other muscle building techniques. We use a variety of equipment and body weight exercises to increase your strength and grow your muscles. We will continuously change the body’s stimulus to ensure transformation and growth when training which keeps the session fun and engaging. We always prioritising form, technique and full range of motion of the exercise ensuring a quality strength and hypertrophy training session over a heavy weightlifting session to minimise the risk of injury. 

Health Complications & Disabilities

To improve your health complications exercising is usually recommended and Personal Training does not always need to be strenuous and an intense training session for you too reap the health benefits of exercising. A tailor-made designed training session could include a low intensity, low impact workout which would be beneficial for your needs. It is all about the individual; the exercises and fitness regime are designed based on your medical history; for you to be trained in the most effective and safest way possible and achieve the desired results you want. We have experience and knowledge in training clients with asthma, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, hormone imbalance, high blood pressure, diabetes, long term injuries, clients with disabilities and clients suffering from mental health such as depression and anxiety.
